We all negotiate, every day - if we like it or not! On average 200 times daily. But what about the "big" negotiations, e.g. to get the best salary possible when entering a new position? Or asking your current employer for a raise?

Learn theory, best practice and Do`s and Don`ts of successful, relationship-building and preserving negotiation practice with the help of Yvonne Brockhaus. As a Human Resources Manager with 15 years experience in 5 countries, plus a background in Psychology, she has hired 100s of people. Today, combined with first-hand knowledge on how your cultural heritage and character can influence negotiation as well, Yvonne supports career changers, often scientists, to find and get their dream job in industry.
